Differential Equations. I will go through the structure of the Applied Maths paper giving advice on timing and how to study the content. I will explain how to prepare your Modelling Project which needs to be submitted in early April. The theme this year is on Populations.

Ecology – This is a guaranteed 60m questions, possibly a 30m question also.

We will focus on exam techniques needed to maximise marks across all sections of the paper. We will be analysing the 2025 ABQ , highlighting common mistakes to avoid and explaining correct answer layout. In addition, we will be covering the questions most likely to appear in both the ABQ and long questions relating to units 1-5.

Organic synthesis and mechanisms.

Based on average marks per topic in the last five LC Economics exams we will be looking at the five topics most likely to have the biggest influence on the outcome of your mock exam. Firstly, I will show you a simple strategy that will allow you ·   to speed up your timing on Paper 2 ·   a trick on how to approach the Reading Comprehenion ·   show you a strategy to effectively write a Q6(b) Opinion Pieces   Building on from this, we will revise your Poetry and Prose material ·   give you sample material for the mocks ·   look at patterns of questions previously asked ·   show you what hasn’t been asked ·   marking schemes for poetry and prose ·   common pitfalls to avoid when writing    By attending this live and fully interactive session, you will feel more confident with your upcoming mock Paper 2.

Our final live and interactive revision course has been designed to get you your top marks in the Irish Oral. Firstly, I will introduce you to: ·   covering sample material for all exam topics   ·   the layout of the exam and marking scheme ·   how to ace the poetry readings ·   how to actually pronounce Irish words ·   how to prepare answers effectively and efficiently   Finally, we will look at the easiest route to tackle the Sraith Pictiúr ·   the best and simplest pictures to do ·   how to go about learning your Sraith ·   as well as which tense is best for the pictures ·   simple questions to aks the examiner   Our final revision course is about putting you at ease and helping you reach your potential in this 40% exam.

Paper 1 will be Logs & Indices (including exponential and log functions), Sequences & Series, Induction, Differential calculus, and Finding areas using Integration

Paper 2 will be Inferential Statistics (confidence intervals and hypothesis tests), Probability, Coordinate Geometry of the Circle, and Trigonometry (graphs and 3-D problems).

Topics covered will be :Skill and techniques, components of fitness, diet and nutrition, energy systems, psychological preparation, ethics in sport and drugs in sport.

Topic: Nuclear Physics. I will go through the structure of the Physics paper giving advice on timing and how to study the content. I will advise on possible topics you may omit without jeopardising your shot at a top grade

I will be covering the Oral Exam and Written Production section of the paper: Reading Comprehension – Translation Questions. Opinion Piece – Topics: Emigration & Tourism. The Diary Entry Dialogue Construction
