Conor McDonnell

Conor McDonnell holds a joint BA in Spanish and French from Trinity College, Dublin. After completing his degree, he moved to Madrid, where he spent several years working in a marketing role for an international company. However, his passion for languages led him to make a career change in 2021, when he decided to pursue teaching. Conor completed his teacher training at the University of Manchester, gaining valuable experience in A-level courses while working at several colleges across the UK.

Since then, Conor has been dedicated to teaching Spanish, and in 2023, he returned to Ireland to teach the Leaving Certificate curriculum. His teaching philosophy is centered on instilling a love of languages in his students, coupled with a deep understanding of how the language works. Conor is committed to helping his students achieve both fluency and a genuine appreciation for the Spanish language and culture.
