Ive recommened grinds 360 to all of my friends. i was apprehensive about it at the start as i didnt think it would be as engaging but safe to say i have attended the majority of the grinds and it feels not like a chore but im excited to learn more as all the teachers in particluar paul mccormick are so engaging and i find the material i learn sticks with me a alot . the pressure of not having to travel to grinds and losing time has been massivley relieved and im defineley benefitting from even the little 4 minute videos on different subjects . ive noticed that if i have 10 minutes spare before training or bed or even wating my dinner ill pop on a short 3-6 minute video and it helps me a lot.
